How to get remote support

  1. Download and run the remote support application.
  2. Call our support desk at 012-653-0440 and provide them with ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password’ on the remote support application screen.

All remote support requests are logged for auditing and billing purposes. No customer information is logged or captured on our servers.
