The ability to import Pastel customer details is available from SMS Client version 1.1.0 and later. Export the Pastel customer records Open the Pastel software. The SMS Client software uses a Microsoft SQL Compact Edition database to store customer and SMS history data. If the Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition Runtime is not installed the SMS Client software cannot access the database.
