Follow these instructions on your iPhone.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the\u00c2\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0application on the iPhone’s home screen.<\/li>\n
  2. Open\u00c2\u00a0Mail, Contacts, Calendars<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap\u00c2\u00a0Add Account…<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Select\u00c2\u00a0Microsoft Exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

  5. In the\u00c2\u00a0Email<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0field, enter your full Gmail address.<\/li>\n
  6. Leave the\u00c2\u00a0Domain<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0field blank.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter your full Google Apps email address as the\u00c2\u00a0Username<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Enter your Google Apps password as the\u00c2\u00a0Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  9. Tap\u00c2\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0at the top of your screen. (Choose\u00c2\u00a0Cancel<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0if the\u00c2\u00a0Unable to Verify Certificate<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0dialog appears.)<\/li>\n
  10. When the new\u00c2\u00a0Server<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0field appears, enter\u00c2\u00a0m.google.com<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  11. Press\u00c2\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0at the top of your screen again.<\/li>\n

  12. Select the Google Apps services (Mail, Calendar, and Contacts) you want to sync.<\/li>\n
  13. Unless you want to delete all the existing Contacts and Calendars on your phone, select the\u00c2\u00a0Keep on my iPhone<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0option when prompted. This will also allow you to keep syncing with your computer via iTunes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To sync only the\u00c2\u00a0My Contacts<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0group, you must choose to\u00c2\u00a0Delete Existing Contacts<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0during the Google Sync install when prompted. If you choose to keep existing contacts, it will sync the contents of the “All Contacts” group instead. If there are no contacts on your phone, the latter will happen — the contents of your\u00c2\u00a0All Contacts<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0group will be synced.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    That’s it! You can now access Google Apps from your iPhone. If you have Push enabled on the phone, synchronization starts automatically. You can also just open the Mail, Calendar or Contacts app and wait a few seconds to start a sync.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
